CrypAlgos Technology Private Limited ("CrypAlgos") provides digital trading services and technology solutions. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency trading and digital services, all purchases, subscriptions, and algorithm usage fees are non-refundable once the service has been accessed or used.

1. No Refunds on Digital Services
All payments for trading services, algorithm subscriptions, and technology solutions are final. We do not offer refunds for completed trades, algorithm usage, or subscription periods that have commenced. Please review all service details and terms before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments, technical errors resulting in non-delivery of service, or unauthorized transactions. To request a refund under these circumstances, contact support@crypalgos.com within 7 days of the transaction. Each request will be reviewed and processed at our sole discretion.

3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the paid period.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting CrypAlgos support may result in suspension or termination of your account. We encourage you to resolve any issues directly with our support team.
