These Terms of Service govern your access and use of the CrypAlgos platform owned by CrypAlgos Technology Private Limited. By clicking "I agree" to these Terms of Service, or by accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not accept or agree with any of these Terms, you shall not access or use the Platform.

1. Definitions
"Platform" refers to CrypAlgos cryptocurrency trading platform. "User", "You" and "Your" refers to any person who uses the Platform. "Digital Assets" means cryptocurrencies, tokens, and other blockchain-based assets. "Services" means all trading and technology services provided through the Platform.

2. Eligibility
To access or use the Platform, you need to be at least 18 years old and competent to form a binding contract. You represent and warrant that you are an individual with full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms, have not previously been suspended or removed from using cryptocurrency platforms, and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Our Service is not available to residents of certain jurisdictions including the United States.

3. Account Registration and Security
You may delete your Platform Account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform. However, data and information provided by you may be retained by us for compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Platform Account, password, and login credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Platform Account. You should inform us immediately at support@crypalgos.com if you believe your password has become known to anyone else.

4. Our Services
CrypAlgos provides cryptocurrency trading services including spot trading of digital assets, AI-powered trading algorithms, portfolio management tools, market analysis, API access for developers, and customer support. All services are provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion with appropriate notice.

6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform to engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, or any illegal activities. You shall not use multiple devices to access your Platform Account simultaneously, collect user information from other users, use the Platform on behalf of any third party, or use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Platform.

7. Fees and Charges
Trading fees range from 0.1% to 0.25% per transaction based on your trading volume. Algorithm usage fees are performance-based, ranging from 5% to 15% of profits only. Withdrawal fees are set at actual network costs. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days advance notice. Current fee schedules are always available on the Platform.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us and our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect information necessary to comply with regulatory requirements, provide and improve our services, prevent fraud and ensure security. We use industry-standard security protocols including encryption and multi-factor authentication.

10. Account Termination and Suspension
You may terminate these Terms with us at any time upon settling all dues and transactions. You can choose to close your Platform Account by writing to support@crypalgos.com. We may, at our sole discretion, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform if we reasonably perceive that you are creating problems, including possible legal liabilities or acting inconsistently with these Terms or applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property
CrypAlgos owns all intellectual property rights in the Platform including software, algorithms, trademarks, and proprietary technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform solely for your personal trading activities in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Platform.

12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Platform and notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties agree to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in [Your Jurisdiction] for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.
